These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QR code attendance management service "ScanQR" ("the Service") provided by ScanQR ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between you and us regarding the use of the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Registration)
- To use the Service, you must apply for registration in the manner specified by us. Registration is completed upon our approval of the application.
- We may not approve a registration application in the following cases:
- If false information is provided
- If the application is from someone who has previously violated these Terms
- If we determine that registration is otherwise inappropriate
Article 3 (Account Management)
- You are responsible for managing your account information (email address, password, etc.) for the Service.
- You may not transfer or lend your account information to any third party under any circumstances.
- You are responsible for any damages resulting from inadequate management of account information, errors in use, or use by third parties.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
- You agree to pay the fees for paid portions of the Service as separately determined by us and displayed on our website.
- After the free trial period ends, access to the Service may be restricted if you do not subscribe to a paid plan.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)

- Engage in activities related to criminal acts

- Interfere with the operation of the Service

- Impersonate other users
